had to wait over a week for medication as 1: takes 3 days to receive and prepare prescription ( even tho its electronic n sent from less than 100 metres away ) 2: only deliver alphabetically so only deliver to me on tuesdays ... script was sent on thursday..3 days to prep it fri/mon/tues ... then deliver it following tuesday ..disgusting setup

Almost ran-out of my blood-thinning tablets (totally my own fault!) so I rang Rowlands at 9am to ask if the Pharmacist would issue me with a small amount of said tablets to tie me over until my prescription arrived mid next week. I spoke to Elaine, who after a brief chat with the Pharmacist said that would be possible and to call to collect after 9:30am. When I arrived, my whole months prescription allowance was waiting for me! I found this to be quite excellent, above and beyond service. I personally have always found the staff to be polite whenever I've visited.

This is a very busy chemist and the staff work non stop to see to everyone, there allways very helpful

All I can say is the service on the phone line is appalling. I live on my own. Only rang up to confirm my prescription arrangement for delivery on Thursday we're still ok as I have covid. This has been on,off arrangement sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. Then that I asked them about covid tests and there reply suggested we don't care . The attitude it's only worth one star. And that is being generous.
