        Visited Shrewsbury today and popped into the shop to buy a musical item. Very busy and still received fantastic service from the gentleman behind the counter. Will visit again next time I'm in the area.

        Wot an absolutely discrace if you are homeless and have no I'd even though you have birth certificate and utility bills and benefits letters they won't cash a meesley 30 pound cheque horrible to use

        Alot of people need this type of shop when they are desperate, to have a disgustingly rude member of staff (whoever the man was that was working on 2nd November at approximately 12 o'clock) Making people feel even worse isn't fair! Should be ashamed. I've worked in customer service for the past 17 years, if you don't have common respect and decency find another job! Awful! AVOID!!
