        I came to Hugh with a frozen shoulder at the beginning of December and in 6 weeks the progress has been amazing. I am now almost totally free of discomfort. The homework he sets is easy to follow, needs few props and requires little time and effort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hugh, in fact I have done already.

        I saw Hugh recently for back pain. I have had various issues and surgeries in the past so know when I need help! Had 2 sessions of osteopath treatment - nothing painful or strenuous but gets right to the heart of the problem straight away. Definitely recommend Hugh!
