        I purchased two tyres online (via ASDA) and was provided a choice of shops for the tyre fitting. I chose HiQ (Shrewsbury) based primarily on their close location and great reviews. Their shop is very clean, both the work area as well as the customer waiting area. I had two tyres replaced on my Freelander 2 and had one rim serviced as air was escaping (albeit slowly). The work was excellent and the customer service provided by the friendly staff, particularly Stuart was superb. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

        I took a report from a VW main dealer which indicated a new tyre and four wheel alignment. I had reasons not to trust them. HiQ carefully inspected the car and disagreed with VW. Advised me to return in two or three months time. Didn't charge me a penny. They now have a new loyal customer. Seeing how busy they were, I am not the only impressed customer.
