What can I say about Newcross for my own experience they been amazing with me been working with them for over 1 year and they very supportive in any questions I need . We just done one package ( end of live ) and from the training we need for that specific case till the end the support always been there . Thank you the team Ive work with they definitely did the difference. My manager Katherine and nurse Abbie thank you for your support. I definitely recommend newcross to anyone to join not just a good team to work for but good pay and the best of it its all jobs in your app you can actually see all the details of the client so you get the confidence you need or ask any questions before you accept the job . I have worked for Newcross Healthcare since September 2019 and always had plenty of work within the complex team in Shropshire. The management team have been very supportive and I have met some great colleagues as well.

As a new employee I am still finding my feet here, having spent may years caring in different companies. However, so far so good and all my zillions of questions are answered professionally. The teams I work with really know their stuff. Also, the excellent pay, weekly at that, makes me a happy member of staff!

I have worked for Newcross Healthcare since April 2022. I can honestly say I have had plenty of work within the complex team in Shropshire. The case managers have been supportive and I have met some great clients and Colleagues along the way.
