        Car was scheduled to be collected from there to be repaired weeks ago. Called multiple times, they said it wasnt there. Have been calling various third and fourth parties involved in a fruitless attempt to find my car. Went there today to prompt staff to chase it up, they said they were looking for me and would call me back. Mid 50s mother with Parkinsons went there today and found my car. As it turns out, a random staff member saw a similar looking car on a pickup truck and decided it was mine. I am appalled at the service I have received. I think I would have done a better job myself, and thats saying something.

        After having such a terrible experience with Available Car Castle Donnington hi then found a quashqi Tekna + @Greenhous Shrewsbury for my partner. So I called the garage spoke to Katie. From two minutes of speaking to Katie I new this was the car. From phone call to collection Katie was 100% fantastic. Credit to everyone @ Greenhous what a fantastic Nissan Dealer many thanks Cindy @Keith.
