Had wrong bulb in van, and they found the issue within 30mins and fitted the bulb 3 without labour, quality service and speed!

Bought a brand new electric FORD van from here in February 21 whilst in lockdown. So handover was very limited. No service Plans Available. Van is great, but trying to get a response from the service department after what is now nearly two years is very, very hard. Service department does not respond to emails, when I call telephone does not get answered. I have to leave a message. Will I ever get a response before the van breaks down. Would consider hard, if I would purchase from Furrows again?

What a terrible company. After waisting my life dealing with such a unprofessional company i would never give them my business and beware as you should not give them yours. After agreeing to purchase a new ford custom tourneo and paying them a deposit they came up with some rubbish excuse to cancel the order but the real reason we believe they had gained a better price of some poor retail customer. They say they have refunded our deposit which they have not done and after taking advice we believe they are in breach of contract. There are loads of ford dealers out there and i advice you look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. Typical salemen that feel that dont need to sell or try in these times where vehicle are easy to take orders. In response to there pathetic reply we have given them a dead line date before legal action which i have been told because of the evidence we have we will recover any loss to put us in the same position of buying the custom at 48,000 including VAT. We know you think selling it to someone else to make more money is a good move but on this occasion it will cost you more if you dont complete in our contract.

I was looking forward to my new Ford custom minibus from furrows, we would just have taken delivery ready for our big family holiday this summer. The order was not fulfilled by furrows. This now means we have to take two cars after being mest around, we would not recommend anyone use this company
