Didn't even get to check out their work because they sorted out the charging issues on my (Dad's) phone in a matter of minutes for free. When I need something more tangible doing, I'll be back :-)

Do NOT USE THIS SHOP, they are unprofessional, cause damage and lie, the girls that work here worked at poundstretcher and they mostly sell vapes, they damaged my phone and refused to fix, owner response is to make people think is bogus THERE WAS NO SOLUTION SO DONT GO HERE

*** AVOID***This is a vape shop and not a phone repair shop.Good Evening to you, per my review, I did call the store and any blame was deflected, pushed back and I was lied to and hung up on, shows the caliber of staff hired, selling vapes is their forte and not fixing phones, I dont appreciate being told I am in the wrong when the last thing I need is aggravation, I was told he would use heat and today no heat used, I was told I could be making this up. You have un trained unqualified staff and granted is 35 I didnt need to spend on lens, reviews reflect accuracy of your business. This could have been resolved and I dont appreciate being lied to by a 20 yr old kid. See attached of camera AFTER coming to have the glass replaced for a minor scratch, not on camera. The guy that worked at pound stretcher did not admit he was to blame. Phone has never had case removed, was told 3m stick pads dont work and he was going to use glue, was obvious, glue smears on lens. See attachment of pic quality after pound stretcher tried to fit cover yet he lied and denied any wrong doing. I WOULD have come back but in London now and WHY would I after he melted lens and denied it. I HAVE phone shop contact who verified what happened, your pound stretcher guy said How do I know you are not making this up, there is your biggest clue, everyone makes mistakes but I am not the punk here
