G M C Motorhomes Ltd

I emailed them enquiring about a motor home of which they had a few of the same model on auto trader. Granted when I emailed them it was concerning a particular vehicle. I never received any call back of any sort, I then noticed the next day the advert was removed, I fully appreciate that the vehicle probably sold. I also know I could have phoned them. What leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, they never bothered to call me back at all, nor email me. Shame on them! as I would have considered the other vehicles they had of the same model. Being ignored is so horrible. Why bother offering email as a contact option and not even bother to follow up. I'm sure when they reply, they will state this is unusual and not our usual standard. Laughs all around. Anyway I'm all sorted now, I collect my brand new 65k motorhome from an alternative dealer in 10 days. Update: Your reply: I am happy for you picking up your new 65k Motorhome from an alternative dealer, ( it's done us a favour!) Thats a bitter and rude repsonse! What a clear demonstration of your poor handling of a quality customer like me. This statement alone is why customers leave you feedback like I have. You need to take further education and admit your poor handling.

Having only had telephone conversations with G M C motohomes I have found them to be very helpful and friendly and hope to purchase a motohome from them

My whole experience of dealing with GMC was exceptional. Ian, Chris and Mark were extremely helpful and the camper van had been fully prepared ready for the handover. Highly recommended.
