We instructed Samuel Wood to sell my parents house after my Dad passed away last year. I cannot recommend Samuel Wood highly enough. We chose Samuel Wood to sell our property as they were marketing a new build house we wished to purchase. From the start we knew we were in safe hands. They did not disappoint. Every one of the staff we had dealings with gave of their very best. Their unwavering help, support and attention to detail we found reassuring. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were always kept up to date with how things were progressing. My brother and I put our holiday let property on the market through Samuel Woods. Russell valued our property a lot higher than 3 other estate agents .. all local to the area. We have recently just completed the sale and we cant say enough about the sales team in Shrewsbury. Someone was always there to give us up to date information and advice. The sale went through so smoothly. I wouldnt use another estate agent.
