Working with Verve has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. We did a lot of research before choosing them, as it was a big decision for us and represented a significant change in our whole business model. Aside from the obvious web development and design skills offered by the team, what I really valued was their honest and constructive input. It was so helpful to see our online business with their fresh eyes when youre so busy working on the day-to-day running of your business it can be hard to see what your customers see, and you can't improve what you're not aware of. As a customer, I was expecting a huge amount from Verve, and it was a leap of faith for us to entrust them with this project. The people at Verve deliver a first class service. I was expecting techno-geeks, I found extremely nice people who are nevertheless experts in their field. I was expecting to be pushed towards a standard solution, instead I was met with curiosity, empathy and something designed for me from a blank sheet of paper. I was expecting cheek-puffing prices, but that was not the case either. This is a modest-sized operation that is equally comfortable with giant international operations needing ecommerce and the little business hoping for an electronic window to a wider market. I'm so pleased with my website and the ongoing support I've received, I've had them produce my business cards since. It's rare in business to find such an affinity and I am unreservedly delighted.

I couldn't be happier with my new website from Verve. We have used a number of much larger agencies in the past and none of them have come close to providing the level of service that I received from the team at Verve. The design team understood and interpreted my brief perfectly and the developers showed no hesitation when it came to implementing a number of non-standard features into the build.
