Went here looking for new Matress with for my Mum as she suffers with a bad back. anyway we helped by a gentleman called Lax very friendly! very professional! very happy with the service ! :) will definitely be returning !

Scott at Shrewsbury branch was amazing Knowledgeable, genuine, patient, NO hard sell. Felt so comfortable both times I visited the store. A credit to your company.

The sales person Scott was fab, he listened, l provided all the information and answers we required and gave us the mattresses we wanted, plus the bed style I liked. I entrees the site the next day to pay and he recognised me, even remembered any comments we had made.

Scott was extremely helpful during our visit today, greeting us within minutes of entering the store and coming back over to us later when it looked like we needed help. The bed we bought was an ex-display model at an excellent price, Scott was very informative taking the time to find the dimensions so we could make sure it would fit into our home. During the buying process, Scott also mentioned another item that was ex-display at again a very good price which we also added to our basket. Another staff member, Liz, sat at the desk next to Scott was also very polite and friendly, making our visit one to remember. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for friendly and informative customer service.
