        I visited BML Shrewsbury for the first time today. I just wanted to check if you could supply six bolts - which I appreciate is an extremely small order! However, the service I received from two of the guys in the sales area was superb. I have worked in a customer related role for the whole of my working life and this is really important to me.         Even though they were unable to help me, as the requested item was not one they stock, the two staff members were friendly and helpful in attitude. I even had time to chat to another customer while a price was looked for. They have a good range of tools and special tool and, of course, they have an excellent stock of bearings and seals.
