John was very friendly over the phone, however, he scheduled an appointment at our property and then didn't show up. We had waited in to be there and tried to call to see if he was still coming, but he didn't answer, so we left a message asking him to call us back to reschedule. We didn't hear back, so called again the next day. He said he had received our message, however he gave no apology for not turning up or returning the call, just that he was very busy. Judging by his 5 star reviews I can only assume he does good work (hence a 2 star rating), but we were unimpressed with him not showing up to an appointment, no apology and no attempt to call or reschedule.

John made a splendid job !! We moved to the area from Milton Keynes had no idea who to get to do the whole house, We could not believe our luck finding JR Carpets on the internet, he was hard working, on time, gave value for money, with a high quality professional finish .
