Good selection of guitars at various pricing brackets and everything that you could want to go with them. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, this time around we needed a new case for an expensive guitar but didn't want to be spending s on it. They fitted and showed us that it fitted the guitar we have perfectly (by using an identical branded one), meaning we were 100% certain it was right for what we had. They were chatty and interested in our musical journey, which is lovely and very much missing from most music shops, we would definitely use them again (although their strings are a bit pricey in comparison).

Couldnt ask for better customer service and all round helpfulness. No pressure, rush or sales babble, just good old fashioned honest interest in helping my husband John to choose the best guitar for his needs. Real musicians who speak the same language and all round nice guys. Massive thanks esp. to Grant for all his support and gentle advice. We will be back!!
