Cannot fault the fitting and the workshop side of Autotyres tbh they deserve the full 5* service BUT !! Feel that the front of business reception side definitely could be improved I asked for 1 tyre to be fitted to partners car on nearside front (as an emergency stopgap) Being fully aware that the rear tyres are coming towards their due level for replacement (but not a matter of urgency)and front offside having plenty of tread left The reception lady decided to check all my tyre levels and proceeded to tell me I needed 4 ! This was done merely by finger touch and not with any kind depth gauge,as mentioned above I'm aware they are getting low but they are above limits and the front has a few hundred if not 1000 miles in it After declining the offer of 4 and electing for 1 as requested Returned to pick up the vehicle and happily paid my 70, then I enquired if there was any deals for having a pair or 3 fitted was informed 'we don't do deals, we always give the best price!' When I said 'ok thanks but I've seen them at other fitters for approx 12 per tyre cheaper(but you need to prebook so they can get them in stock which didn't meet my needs this day)' Was told ' well best go there then boss!' No 'sorry we can't match that I'm afraid' Fully understand that this place is independent and has less buying power compared to KwikFit, national,Mr tyre etc but there are definitely ways to speak to customers Like I said Garage/workshop/fitting 5* Reception 2*

Team were very helpful and friendly. I turned up at 8am with a puncture and they had me back on the road 20 minutes later. Brilliant service

Great place to change your motorcycle tyres! Nice tyres change and balancing job. Reasonable prices. Only downside that you need to remove the wheels from your bike yourself. You don't get the option to have the wheels removed by them. In total, highly recommended with just this disadvantage.
