I don't usually write reviews because I believe that a great customer service is not negotiable and it should be the norm. On the other hand I have very little time to spare. However I have to stop and write this because it is rare these days to encounter truly dedicated people. Big thanks to Michael, the service department manager. In very few words...Premium Customer Service at it's finest....simple as that. Thank you Michael.

Massive thank you to Matt,Adam and the team at the Shrewsbury branch. The most welcoming team! Everything was run to perfection from showing us the car I enquired about to test drive to collecting the car today I honestly couldnt have asked for more. Thank you so so much Im in love with my new car!

Arrived early but still let inside by member of staff (07:50 hours). Confirmed my booking explained technicians not start until 08:30. Demonstrated coffee machine, offered a taxi drop off, customer facilities excellent. Mike from the service department booked my vehicle in and answered all my questions, knowledgeable and thorough. Receptionist Mrs Jones pleasant as always. Nick Jones salesman chatted about my welfare, and family all whilst on route to a meeting, but went out of his way to make contact. Discussed products and always a highlight to catch up with the best salesman in the department. Great customer experience as always keep up the good work!
