I had a pregnancy massage with Helen and it was no doubt the best massage I have ever had. Helen immediately put me at ease and did a thorough holistic overview before the massage. I had a big bump with being 9 months pregnant and Helen was still able to make me the most relaxed I have ever felt during a massage. I felt like I was in a dream afterwards as all my aches and pains had been eased. It was very clear that Helen has an extensive understanding of women's needs especially with the changes the body goes through and so I trusted her completely. I will definitely be booking in a post natal massage!

I was lucky enough to have my first ever massage with Helen last week - Ive been walking on clouds ever since, and have told quite possibly everyone I know and have met since then to go to Helens website and book themselves in too! It was the most heavenly experience from start to finish - Helen listened with care, and asked sensitive questions, to provide a massage that was truly holistic and unique to me. I cant believe were lucky enough to have someone like Helen on our doorstep here in Shrewsbury!

I really cant rate this service enough! After being recommended by a friend for a postnatal massage I thought I would treat myself after the birth of my son and have some well needed me time. Helen has a wonderfully calming therapy room where before the treatment we chatted about my health history so she could tailor the massage for my independent needs. Using Neils yard creams and oils and her expert touch I can quite honestly say it was the most nurtured Ive felt for a while. By far the best massage Ive ever encountered, combining hot towels and incredible neck and head movements it was like something Ive never experienced before. I came away feeling softer and lighter and have not experienced any of my previous shoulder blade pain. I have since been back for a second massage which was just as dreamy, and hope to continue to see Helen on more of a regular basis. Highly recommended!
