        I cannot say enough good things about the conveyancing service that Vicky provides. She is responsive, efficient and supportive, and would always have time to speak with me when needed to guide me through the process. There were some very stressful last-minute delays caused by the sellers' solicitors and Vicky was fantastic in helping to resolve the situation. The price was also incredibly reasonable for the service provided. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

        Experience unprofessional, advice very poor and communication horrendous from the conyevance team. Sent complaint email after sale of our house on 10th November. Took until 6th Dec for an email apologising and promised 50 goodwill gesture. Received payment 22nd January after chasing. Will never use again or recommend. Extremely disappointed.

        Have to chase the solicitors around , always on annual leave, never reply to emails,, not very good service at all
