We'd just bought a tenement flat in Glasgow which had been rented out for years and was looking very tired. Once we had Megan on board, we decided to tackle the kitchen. We weren't sure what to do with the kitchen recess, a dead space which made the room feel dingy. Meg suggested turning it into a walk-in pantry lined with wooden shelves and seperated by glass panelled doors, which is a joy to use and to look at! She gave us sensible advice on colours, suggesting neutral greeny greys and as a result the room looks modern and clean. She guided us through every decision from how to arrange the lighting to where to buy handmade brass handles for the cupboards, always helping us to get the best deals through her contacts with suppliers. I'm so grateful to Megan, because without her I would have ordered everything from one company, ending up with an identikit kitchen but instead she's created a space which feels unique, welcoming and stylish.
