Absolutely disgusting service, I have just st ordered 2 prawn puree at 3.95 each = 7.90 a chicken shashlik at 8.50 a murgh masala at 9.95 and a chicken makhan at 8.50 total 34.85 He originally charged me 48.00 then I queried it he came back and said 38.75 so delivery 3.90 I couldn't understand the man when I queried the charge as it should have been 1.95. !!! When the food came there was only 1 Prawn puree and I rang and asked for my other prawn puree the man said order correct and he sent King prawn puree which isn't even a starter it's a main at 10.95. and what we received was 2 king prawns in a bit of bland sauce. The man was adamant he wouldn't rectify and that he charged me correctly and proceeded to put the phone down on me, this take out is an absolute disgrace we thought we'd try it because a leaflet came through the door today, never again but I will be reporting to Trading Standards and posting this all over social media, I recorded the call and took pictures of the food so all this will be given to Trading Standards as well. My advice is not to use this takeaway as there are plenty of reputable takeaways in Shrewsbury where you will receive a decent meal and not be overcharged or treated so disgracefully.
