        Just another "crammed in" new housing development on what was good quality farmland and a picturesque walk in the countryside, now, just an overpriced pile of expensive bricks, bounded by a noisy by-pass. Just the sort of place that appeals to the numerous southerners who are buying up the properties in this area to then rent out.
