        Always struggle to get anybody on the reception area and pressing the buzzer bitton makes no difference. Tip is to knock on the admin door to the right. Also you csn wait quite a while to be seated for breakfast. Tip is to wait at the requested spot for aminute or two and then just go and sit wherever. All staff i met are lovely. Main reason for the low rating is that i was one of the people caught in the false fire alarm waiting for 20 minutes outside a 1.30am. OK these things happen but i have to rate the hotel on my experience Ive stayed there before snd not had problem with fire alarm
