Hugely happy with a flawless install and experience. Andy and the install team went well above usual customer service. From initial discussions, advice and design through to handover and support they were amazing. The system was installed beautifully, and is performing above expectation, using less than half the quantities of pellets that the previous system used.

Our Okofen PE25 pellet boiler and textile store was installed in 2011. Upgraded to the touch system in 2019. Over the years we have received excellent support and advice from Andy , Jan and colleagues at Organic Energy. A company and staff who really are good to do business with. Highly recommended.

Like several other reviewers here, we live in France and couldn't get the answers we so desperately needed here so contacted Organic Energy UK as a last resort. What can I say? they were not involved in our installation in any way but that didn't stop Jan from coming to our rescue when we needed help. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. They are 'simply the best'.

OE's Technical Manager, Jan, kindly provided us with some prompt advice on our Okofen installation in France, even though they had not been involved in it. So I think you can safely assume that if you are an OE customer, you can expect excellent customer service!
