An Amazing Place, It Will Be Missed

For the past 4 months Ben has guided me to make changes to my diet, breathing and awareness and I am now reaping the benefits. I now know the cause of my 'runners stomach' and can control it. I feel much more awake, alive, my stress response has improved significantly and I have made life changing decisions which I am not sure I would have made without these interventions. Ben has a wealth of experience, knowledge and his positivity is infectious. Thank you Ben

Since joining Ben and his team of practitioners in 2016, I have found the Centre for Integral Health a great place from which to work, not only for the ethos and vision behind it but also for the venue itself and the feel of the place. Light and airy, central yet peaceful, offering a holistic, integral approach to wellbeing and health - a real gem in the centre of Shrewsbury.

As a Health Kinesiology practitioner I regularly use the Centre for Integral Health. It is a great place where you can find a range of therapies including kinesiology, counselling, nutrition, acupuncture, massage and many more. The location is ideal in the centre of Shrewsbury and the therapy rooms are peaceful and calming. This centre is a valuable asset to Shrewsbury, where you can work on health issues in a holistic and integrated way.
