Love it! So friendly, and staff kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They offer encouragement, and the equipment is good.

Today is my first proper gym session here. Yesterday I had my induction both days staff have been so helpful and friendly, creating me a personal circuit to the pressures on the equipment which is right for me and showing me how to use correctly. I have met afew of the other gym members all so friendly and made me feel welcome. I have been so scared to rejoin a gym but I have never used a gym as lovely as this before so happy I made the move to come here.
