My cycling coach looked at me twice when I mentioned what my gym PT had scheduled my routine as; it wasn't until I had my first session with Ash until I understood why! If you are serious about your passion, strength and conditioning will help you to unlock another level entirely. Let me share some progress. My one rep max before making the jump was 115kg, which I dropped, so didn't really count, and I thought at the time I was strong. Fast forward to a full year with Salopia Performance I was lifting 140kg for 4reps, with a 1sec pause on the dip. Results on the bike also reflected this, setting all-time high power PB's and competitive placings in event's I entered. What makes it work is his approach, knowledge and personality. But more importantly his breadth of experience across multiple disciplines means that he can address your health and fitness goals from a range of perspectives. Having initially sought training advice from Ash due to his excellent qualifications and coaching experience, it is fair to say that he has exceeded all expectations. Over a short period of time, Ash has tailored an adaptable training plan for me, to provide improved joint stability and mobility alongside total body conditioning. He has provided diet and nutrition advice to run in tangent with increased physical output, whilst carefully considering my ongoing medical condition. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the professional service that Ash offers is his continued dedication to remain in touch with emerging scientific research, allowing you to avoid commercial based fads and focus on an evidence based training program. The training environment at Salopia Health is excellently equipped and quiet, ensuring for a focused and relaxed workout. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the results that we have achieved to date, and am looking forward to training with Ash on a long-term basis.

The support Ive been given has been excellent. Ash really worked with me in designing a work out programme that is effective to achieve my results and manageable to fit in with my lifestyle. I love being able to book a slot in the gym and just getting on with the workout I need to do that day. Its like having all the benefits of a PT but at great value for money
