I found out they sold pin badges so went in and ended up buying one for a good price. I then decided I'd probably be a regular customer, but the 2nd time I went there I wasn't sure about an item and found it hard to make up my mind in the end I bought it. Anyway there pin badges are all nailed to the wall so you can't always know if it's any good or not. When I got hold of it after buying it it wasn't one of their best, it had rust on the back of it, 2 pins on the back instead of one so I could never wear it and I was disappointed with quality. I rang up to see if I could bring it back and swap for similar price product instead. I was polite and the response was quite emotional and defensive. I was told that it was sold as seen, but it was nailed to a wall with packaging around it so not all was seen. Anyway I was disappointed with the response and won't be going again which is a shame. She did say sorry at the end but the damage was already done.
