Has an extraction and upper premolar implant. Staff very friendly and professional. There were add on costs, but this was fully explained and documented. I can recommend the service. However, I won't be going again as the drive to Shropshire was exhausting.

It was a long time, 10 years, since I used Dentale. The management may have changed? The maxio-facial supervisor was an opera singer in his spare time, but forgot the name. I felt I should write because I was happy with the treatment which lasted over a year, which was fine, I needed "bio-fluid" to support where the implants needed to go I paid 100 back then for an initial consultation to establish if my application fitted their requirements. I got the impression their purpose was functional rather than cosmetic and because I had a "guarded smile", and my eating was affected. I had a 4 hour return trip for several visits and assessments, including x-rays and I had to wait around a year for my jaw bone to "grow" sufficiently for screwing into The trainee dentist was probably more nervous than me, but that's ok as I always think supervised trainees are more likely to do the job right, if not slower. The cost around 2011 was 5000 for what would have been an unaffordable 10,000 for 6 x implants supporting 6 teeth, 3 on each side upper jaw. 10-11 yrs on, I've had no problems and don't regret anything. They weren't pushy to give me more than needed, were kind, efficient and reliable.

I undertook a 4 hour round trip to this practice over 3 weeks ago was charged 100 for the initial consultation and hit with an additional 24 charge for an X-ray on the day. I was promised a follow up call to schedule a visit with a periodontist within 24 hours and an email detailing the cost of the treatment plan from a qualified practitioner - Im still waiting!!!!!

I dare say that if you have toothache the Oracle/Dentale will be able to attend to your needs well enough. If on the other hand you need implants and particularly of a cosmetic nature - In my case two implants supporting a three tooth bridge (three upper front teeth) then I strongly advise you to enquire elsewhere, particularly if you sign up for treatment under their implant training scheme. As individual dentists they may be fine, and you can expect to be seen by a fair number of different dentists over the course of your treatment. The problem was, that in my case there didn't seem to be anyone at the helm. Their numerous errors and neglectfulness caused my treatment to span over 6 months (this despite my having healed and healthy gums ready for implant placement from the outset.) Thanks to them I was variously; concerned, worried, frustrated and angry over the course of treatment. I refused to pay my final bill (about 10% of the total) until I could speak to a senior member of staff. I was invited to air my complaints to the practice manager, Stephanie Leach. She was fully understanding of my bad experience and waived that final amount of my fees. I advised her at the time and in writing that before I left a Google 'My Business' Review I would like to know what procedural changes they would implement in order to ensure that future clients would not suffer a similar experience to me, and promised to be fair depending on their response. They did review my complaint, but only to respond largely by fending off criticism, and to annoy me further with patronising explanations the likes of which I had already had to put up with. The only thing they were sorry for was "the way I felt". What they might have been sorry for (and this is not exhaustive) was; Losing the snapped off bridge I left with them for reference Their Kashif Hafeez wanting to argue with me about how my teeth should look (which he would have known if he'd looked at the bridge I left with them) Using patronising language like "let me try to explain something to you" (which was demonstrated to be wrong anyway) Not reading my emails or looking at the photos I'd sent them, or at least not passing the information on to the next dentist attending to me Causing me to book a trial fit (at an additional cost of 50) due to my diminished trust in them Validating my lack of trust by providing me with a trial fit bridge that made me look like a character from a comedy sketch show - the remedy for which was me having to drive to Birmingham to see the dental laboratory directly (My thanks to the staff at Halligans for putting Dentale back on the right track) Giving me an infection Causing me multiple extra journeys due to their errors Making the abutments too long At what should have been my last appt. failing to get the implant bridge to fit properly, (despite me having paid an extra 250 for a jig to ensure everything would line up) Then as far as how they would address the problems I'd experienced was concerned, they were able to advise me that "We will continue to improve ourselves and take your points on board" and "We promise you we have taken the necessary measures to ensure we have learnt from your email." ...I certainly hope so. Ironically in the course of my treatment I was attended to by a number fine dentists, overseers and assistants who were professional, polite, and seemingly more than competent. It's just that as I have said, Dentale didn't have a clue how to, or couldn't be bothered to manage/oversee my treatment under their implant training scheme. In the end my appearance was restored as I had wanted ...but what a worrying and bumpy journey.

Losing the snapped off bridge I left with them for reference

Using patronising language like "let me try to explain something to you" (which was demonstrated to be wrong anyway)
Not reading my emails or looking at the photos I'd sent them, or at least not passing the information on to the next dentist attending to me
Causing me to book a trial fit (at an additional cost of 50) due to my diminished trust in them
Validating my lack of trust by providing me with a trial fit bridge that made me look like a character from a comedy sketch show - the remedy for which was me having to drive to Birmingham to see the dental laboratory directly (My thanks to the staff at Halligans for putting Dentale back on the right track)
Giving me an infection
Causing me multiple extra journeys due to their errors
Making the abutments too long
At what should have been my last appt. failing to get the implant bridge to fit properly, (despite me having paid an extra 250 for a jig to ensure everything would line up)
