        Ive been in tonight (23/03) with my three year old little boy & partner. We did our shop and went around and chatted as we went. When we got to the self serve to check out, a really kind gentleman came over to say how well mannered by little one was and he was a credit to me. It was such a kind gesture that was really appreciated, he then came back with a chocolate lolly for my little boy. I didnt catch his name but he was quite tall with facial hair, I just wanted to say what a credit to the store he is - a few comments really made our day. 5/5*. The other lady that gave us daffodils was also lovely and polite too. we will be back based on their customer service alone.

        Since replacing all crockery in the coffee shop, the coffee is tasteless and lukewarm and only comes in one size which is small. Certainly not value for money.
