As a startup during the pandemic, it was imperative we had our procedures and policies in place and to a high standard to ensure our employees had peace of mind and confidence in us as a company to work for. Step in HR Department who created our Employee Handbook from scratch, as well as ensuring our Employee Contracts, ranging from Apprentice, to temporary, to full time staff were all set up and iron clad. This took a huge weight off my mind as a business owner for me to focus on other elements of running my business.
