        I took a dead Samsung to Ben at iRehab. It would not charge. Ben examined the phone gave me a clear explanation of the options within an hour. The part was ordered and replaced. I now have a good working phone and this represents a big saving over a relacment phone. Happy customer. Thanks Steve

        Ive had a slightly intermittent fault with the charging on my iPhone so after them successfully fixing this on my Mrs phone several months ago I took mine in for the same treatment. Your man there took the time to test a couple of things and saved me the expense of an unnecessary repair. I appreciate your honesty as you could have easily just done it and charged me but instead never asked for a penny. Thanks again.
