A helpful and friendly independent business I have used before. Always open and honest giving you the best ootiins for repair or maintenance of your IT equipment. Great to have knowledgeable people who do not talk down to you like some larger less competent stores i could mention. Will be back next time i have IT issues. Both times i have been in it has been seperate items which worked faultlessly afterwards.

I've just had a new hard drive installed on my laptop by Keith and Martin at PCC. Based on my experience I can highly recommend them for their professional, courteous and friendly service. All efforts were made to ensure the laptop was returned to me with the same applications and software as before. At no extra charge Keith assisted me remotely at a later date to resolve a printer issue. This is something called 'customer service' which is sadly lacking in many businesses these days.
