The Copywriter team delivered excellent service and a fantastic product. The A1 boards and menu cards for my daughters wedding were top notch. The team was patient with my queries and offered welcome advice and suggestions. They were also excellent value for money. Many thanks.

On behalf of the Shrewsbury Railway Heritage Trust I must say that the standard of service from all the staff at CopyWrite is superb. We have enjoyed some creative and first-class design for our newsletter Abbey Lines from their designer Clive. Nothing is any trouble to him, and following his perfectionist skills and creativity the final result is great and much appreciated by our members. Two stars for a fast, seemingly efficient service. However, very disappointing printing service and horrendous finishing. I asked for 50 luggage style tags to be printed and cut to size. They were roughly cut in a rectangle shape (ignoring the shape of the design). Also a 2mm white border was left on the left hand side of each tag! In short- they are a mess and I have bought a guillotine in order to trim them myself, individually!! The invitations I ordered were printed on flimsy 250gsm card, despite the order stating decent quality card stock. Possibly my fault for not specifying a weight, but it has totally undermined the finish. When I raised these issues today, in-store, Copy Write merely offered to reprint at full price! I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them.

I have been using Copywrite for about 3 years now.. I am self employed and they provide me with a friendly, professional and efficient service. The ladies (Anita and Dawn) are incredibly helpful and are very aware of what I need . Clive designed me some fab leaflets and business cards
