        Really poor customer service and arrived late the first 2 weeks and didn't turn up at all the 3rd week, called twice to find out where they were (3 people were down on the rota) and was told by text that the cleaner is poorly half an hour after they were supposed to be here, when I called and spoke to someone on the phone trying to find out what was going on I was told repeatedly by a very rude woman with no apology "I'm not the person you need to talk to about this"!?

        Ladies are excellent. They clean well and are friendly and pleasant. It is better since having rota but would be even better if same day and time each week. I recommend this company
