Do not use this service. Unfortunately we paid the price by booking this company for an end of tenancy clean. It became clear that Arran thought we wouldn't go back and check because it was an end of tenancy clean, but we did and were shocked to discover he hadn't cleaned a thing and had burnt our front garden in the process! He said he had gone back to clean the oven which you could tell an attempt had been made but it was not what you'd expect a professional cleaner to have done. He also left our kitchen window open and unlocked! Nothing else had been touched, we don't know what he spent his time doing but it wasn't cleaning. He obviously thought he would get away with it and didn't think we would go back to check. I sent him the list of what should have been done based on his email confirmation and website list, and took photos to show nothing had been done. We tried calling for a refund and he wouldn't answer, he did then reply to an email saying he would refund us but never did. Shocked. If I could put zero stars I would. Do not use!! Professional service, turned up on time, cleaned every room in the house to a very high standard. The house looks spic and span.
