        Poor communication.. bizarre experience.. did not fulfill agreed services, was asked to throw my keys in a letter box instead of proper handover when i dropped off my car. Had to constantly chase them for updates on the job. in the end, 2 out of 4 agreed services were not carried out. Asked to pay via bank transfer to personal bank as their card machine didn't work, asked for an invoice as proof of payment and I'm still waiting after a month! Later said they would do touch ups and re-coat the front bumper but this was just left in the dust.. no communication.. nothing. I would steer away.
