Ordered a sandwich and coffee, the sandwich was stale and was told it was what to expect at 2pm as sandwiches were made in the morning. She did offer however to remake, the replacement was worse. I took back and the young man on the till blatantly argued that it was not dry and not stale. Thankfully a more senior lady took over agreed it was very dry and handled the problem far better. I got a refund and left. Shame when rude staff spoil an experience.
