        As a company we have found Wellmeadow to be extremely useful in adding and implementing a new structural framework to our business. We started out with a basic set up and required professional help in moving to the next stage to put into place the correct processes to cope with our growth. Wellmeadows efforts have provided us with the ability to look at our business from an external view and to look at the strategic growth and requirements of the business as a whole. They helped us to turn around our business from a 150K loss to an 80k profit in one financial year. On a personal level, we have found both Richard and David to be very personable and cannot fault their commitment and drive to really understand our business and implement change required.
