I recently received my Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate air shock back from the team at J-Tech. I was dithering trying to decide about sending it off for a custom tune or not. Anyway, a big off meant I finished a ride with a damaged air shaft and no air in the shock - decision made. I have now had three solid days of riding on the rear shock and I would 100% recommend getting the custom tune option when getting your shock serviced. The control on the bike is far better than it was with the shock from the factory. I have much better grip in all situations and the bike maintains better posture. It seems to be quieter too but I may be imagining that! Thanks J-Tech.

The team at J Tech are great - I ordered a charger 3 damper for my ZEB forks and as my bike was having a service at my local bike shop I asked them (local bike shop) to fit it whilst my bike was in the stand. When I got my bike back, the damper wasn't working as expected and I was even more surprised to hear they had not used the recommended oil. I contacted J Tech and raised my concerns, they happily suggested sending it back to them to look at. I sent the fork on Friday and by Monday they had fixed the issue....just received the for back to my address Tuesday morning!. They don't work weekends, and had managed to prioritize my fork for me as I'm heading to Wales bike park on Friday. Can't recommend these guys enough, they've been extremely helpful and understanding and its clear they know their onions! (or suspension). Will be a life-long customer of J Tech now, thats for sure!
