Ferndell

This is a really lovely place to stay, homely and welcoming yet well geared up to cater for all guests. The bedroom is large and comfortable with a large ensuite and a great view across to the castle area. It's an easy walk to town either via the roads and English Bridge or across the meadows to the River walkway. Sarah provides a very tasty breakfast!!

We had a great stay and are ever so happy we discovered this bed and breakfast. A large comfortable bedroom with a fantastic view. Lovely en suite bathroom with room to swing the proverbial cat! Together it makes for one of those spaces which makes you wish your own house was like this one. The breakfast is very good, and the home baked bread and cake are delicious treats not to be missed. Ferndell is ideally situated a short walk from the town centre and Shrewsbury has something for everybody. Sarah is a super hostess and makes you feel like one of the family and ensures your stay a perfect one. Overall it is like spending a weekend with your best friends, and one to be recommended.
