        Screwing us on the interest rates. 5% sounds good for an easy access ISA but if I can only put in 50 a month then whats the point?

        It is a real pleasure to enter this branch of NatWest , I found the staff cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn't resolve my issue, probably not the bank's issue to begin with but the app doesn't help and sent me round in circles. However, my experience inside the branch is extremely positive.

        Impossible to contact your own branch, when you have an urgent issue that's stressful you cant speak to a person, the automated responses do not include your issue, poor customer service due to how bad the automated service is
