Popped into branch in Shrewsbury today (28/09/2021) A youngish man behind the counter... no greeting or even a quick smiley 'hello'. I felt like a nuisance wanting to pay some money in. Think I will look for a more welcoming bank.

Visited the TSB branch on Wednesday 28 November 2018 needing some cash after eating locally. I thought I could use the cash point and struggled to find one ! I went inside the branch and could not find one inside either! I enquired at the small counter and they said they did not have a cash point. Evidently the location used to be a Cheltenham and Gloucester building and there are no plans to install a cash point. I found the staff polite and welcoming .
