        Telephoned to make appointment, kept on hold for more than 10 minutes then line disconnected. I 'phoned again, only to be kept on hold for more than 25 minutes. I was then told that "they" would call me back......that was yesterday and I'm still waiting. I have to give a star in order to post this!

        Closed early again today, website says 3pm they shut at 2pm, covid is always an excuse for bad service, if they can work until 2pm they can work until 3.Im a care worker and have worked through the pandemic, they need to do better.

        Having checked the website this morning (Saturday 30th) the closing time said 3pm. I got there at 12:30 - closed, a sign in tge window said closes at 1pm. Another sign next to it said 11:30. So in this day and age is it too much trouble to update the site, I have cycled in 3 miles each way for nothing - its a joke. If you have a website keep it up to date
