        Terrible customer service. I went yesterday to get bank statements for my business account. Because I don't have a card under my name I brought with me my passport. They completely deny access to it, even though I had bank details. Today I have been at the branch in Pride Hill, in town center. They went above and beyond to help me. I would never go here again

        Twice Ive been into mount pleasant branch in shrewsbury within the last couple weeks. Dealt with the same lady both occasions. Wasnt wearing a name badge so I didnt catch her name. Would say shes late early 50s. I think she is so bloody rude. Im paying coins into my daughters account that she has saved up for. I had bags so it was all separated correctly. Isnt this supposed to be what a bank is used for? To pay money in? I dont appreciate being looked at like the way I was. Absolutely disgusting service.

        The nasty young lady serving today shouted at an elderly gentleman for standing to close to his son. Disgraceful and more akin to war time than Covid times. Closing my account today in shame.

        Easy and accessible. Good service. Staff are always cheerful and helpful and don't make you feel rushed when serving you. There is now a paying in machine within the bank, so no more queuing.
