Do not use! I never normally review but am so cross! I asked Iain on the phone what the call out charge was, but didnt get an answer. I wish I had. Its 60 plus VAT thats a whopping 72! I told him on the phone I felt the drum or the drum supports had gone and asked for a ballpark figure. I didnt get one. He said Ill come out and have a look. I wish I had said no! He was with me no longer than 10 mins and that was me dragging it out to get some monies worth!! He said it was uneconomic to fix it, although he could try. Why didnt he tell me that on the phone?! When I balked at how much it cost for 5 mins he said he could sell me a new machine he was happy to put his name to for 499! and Id get my call out fee back!! When I asked him to leave me the model number I found exactly the same machine through John Lewis at 339 with free delivery and two year warranty and that wasnt the cheapest I could find it!! 72 to tell me what I had told him on the phone and then tried to rip me off by the tune of 80 at least. I felt hed just come around to try to flog me a massively overpriced machine! Sorry no! Total and utter rip off!! Do not use this man!
