Mark came out to us a breakdown rescue and arrived quicker than expected. He was friendly and professional and the horses were happy to load for him. My daughter travelled in the box with Mark and really enjoyed their conversation. Luxury lorry and the horses were spoilt with heating and not sure theyll want to travel in their normal box again!

Wouldn't even give these people 1 star utterly unprofessional. Left us completely in the lurch and impossible to get hold of. Mark continually lied to us about when he would be available to pick our youngster up. Mark gave us a load of stress we could have done without. AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS.

I have never seen the like... 4 months of being fobbed off, not one email or phone call when both were promised numerous times, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you hear the words "I don't have my diary on me" just hang up - you will never get a confirmed pickup date out of the guy... We were told to wait week after week after week... We may have lost option to buy the horse in question due to this deeply unprofessional behaviour!
