Shame you cant put - stars!! Blocking off my road, not saying how long they're going to be. Even though I had an important appointment! Just shrugged his shoulders, carried on and emptied the whole lorry. I missed my appointment! And they had blocked the road for just over 1 hour!! Disgraceful.
