Shotton Part Exchange

Good experience from start to finish. I bought a silver Kia Ceed from them and considering its 13 years old it was in good condition with 12 months mot, 3 months warranty and full service history. I did read the reviews prior but I felt most of them were far fetched and my experience confirmed, I mean they seem genuine and like they would go out of their way to help you if you go with the correct attitude. Keep up the good work.

I bought a car on 30.03.23, it was a last minute rush to get there before they closed, everyone was friendly, and i trusted them with the offer i got, of 400 for a part exchange i had, after all they have been in business for 38 years, so i thought it must be the going rate. However a week or so after i was on my tablet when an advert popped up for 'we buy any car' so out of curiosity i put in the details of the car i had part exchanged (scenic fidji). I was offered 670, i was totally gutted at finding i had thrown 270 away. I don't know if the lads had any knowledge of the true value, but i did not, this was my fault for being in such a hurry, you live and learn all of your life.

I bought a very nice ford fiesta from len, had a teething problem with it so took it back the following day and he fixed it in 15 minutes very happy would purchase another vehicle in the future

My son bought a car from here 2 weeks ago and was told he had a month's free warranty from the owners son who sold him the car. Within 2 weeks he has discovered a slow puncture on run flats, the battery drained and after thinking it's the fan belt told its the timing belt. The owner then reneged on the warranty saying it wasn't him who sold the car. In my opinion they have prepped this car for sale for the first naive buyer to come along with cash now turn their backs. Disgusting . If you don't want your car towed home within weeks of buying go elsewhere PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND GO ELSEWHERE.. ABSOLUTE SHYSTER.
