We purchased one of CNC's properties in 2021. The house is adequate; however, the after-sales service in attending to issues with the finishing and detailing is poor. We are still awaiting outstanding snagging to be completed. The company can take months to respond to emails, and when/if they do respond, then promises are made that are very rarely honoured. I'm not going to bore you with details of our struggles, but I urge you to have a full snagging survey carried out before purchase and not complete the transaction before any outstanding issues are dealt with, regardless of what is promised.
